The following are security requirements when installing the Hyland Clinician Window API:

When running the Clinician Window, an anti-virus software must be installed on the same machine as the API installation.

It is required that HTTPS be used to authenticate requests made to the API.

When configuring the Hyland Rendering and Conversion Service (HyRCS) for use with the Clinician Window, you must configure HyRCS to use authentication. See the Hyland Rendering and Conversion Service documentation for more information on configuring HyRCS.
