To access the Hyland Healthcare Configuration Utility User Interface (UI), users must be assigned administrative privileges.

To configure privileges to the Hyland Healthcare Configuration Utility UI:

  1. Open the appsettings.Production.json file from the Hyland Healthcare Configuration Utility Server installation directory.
    In a default installation, the directory is C:\Program Files\Hyland\HylandHealthcareConfigUtilityServer.
  2. In the Administrator array under Privileges, add a list of groups or user accounts that require access to the Hyland Healthcare Configuration Utility UI.

    For example:

    "Administrator": [ "ADMIN-HIM", "MANAGER" ]

  3. Save the appsettings.Production.json file.
  4. Recycle the Hyland Healthcare Configuration Utility Server application pool.
