The setup wizard provides a user interface for installing the OnBase Healthcare API.

To install the OnBase Healthcare API using the setup wizard:

  1. Open a Command Prompt using the Run as administrator option.
  2. In the Command Prompt, navigate to the directory where Hyland.Healthcare.OnBase.API.msi is located.
  3. Enter the following:

    msiexec /i Hyland.Healthcare.OnBase.API.msi

    The OnBase Healthcare API Setup Wizard is displayed.

  4. Click Next. The IIS Settings page is displayed.
  5. Configure the following IIS settings:

    IIS Setting

    Description

    Web Site

    Select the site under which the OnBase Healthcare API should be installed in IIS.

    Application Name

    Enter the name for the OnBase Healthcare API application.

    Application Pool

    Enter the name for the application pool that will be used to run the OnBase Healthcare API application.
  6. Click Next. The Destination Folder page is displayed.
  7. Specify the destination folder for OnBase Healthcare API files.
  8. Click Next. The Ready to install OnBase Healthcare API page is displayed.
  9. Click Install.
  10. Click Finish.
