When you select a document in the content list from a Content Type that is not mapped to a Unified Type, the Content Type of the selected document is displayed as Unknown Type in the content list.
A Unified Type must be mapped to a Content Type. Mapping Unified Types is done in the Hyland Healthcare Configuration Utility UI. For more information, see Unified Type Mapping.
