You can selectively remove applied filters or remove all applied filters from the Apply Filters pane to show more contents in the medical record.
To remove applied filters from the Apply Filters pane:

Click or tap the filter button in the upper-right corner of the filter bar, or
press Ctrl + Alt + F.
The Apply Filters pane is displayed.

Remove applied filters using one of the following ways:

From an expanded section, deselect the checkbox to the left of the filter.

From the bottom of the Apply Filters pane, click or tap the Clear All Filters button, or press Enter when focused on the Clear All Filters button, to remove all filters applied to the patient record.
