The following are required configurations in the Hyland API Server for Clinician Window specifically to ensure proper functionality:

After installing the API Server, you must configure the 1_server.json file and the 5_scim.json file. For information on configuring these files, see the API Server documentation.

After installing the API Server, you must configure the Load User Profile IIS advanced setting to True for the API Server application pool. In a default installation, the application pool name is APIServerAppPool. Configuring this setting allows appropriate caching for thumbnail images of documents.
