Document Collections are configured in the OnBase Configuration module.
To configure and grant access to a Document Collection:

In the OnBase Configuration module, select Medical | Healthcare Clients | Document Collections.
The Medical Document Collections dialog box is displayed.
- Enter a name for a Document Collection.

Click Create.
The Document Collection is added to the list.

Click Document Types.
The Document Collection - Document Type Assignment dialog box is displayed.
- Select one or more Document Types from the Available Document Types list.

Click Add to assign the selected Document Types to the Document Collection.
To remove a Document Type from the Document Collection, select it from the Selected Document Types list, and then click Remove.
- Click OK when you are done assigning Document Types to the Document Collection.

Click User Groups.
The Document Collection - User Group Assignment dialog box is displayed.
- Select one or more User Groups from the Available User Groups list.

Click Add to assign the User Groups to the Document Collection.
To remove a User Group from the Document Collection, select it from the Selected User Groups list, and then click Remove.
- Click OK when you are finished assigning User Groups to the Document Collection.
- Click Close when you are done creating Document Collections.
