When Full-Text Search is not licensed in your OnBase environment and you attempt to perform a full-text search on a patient record in Clinician Window, the following error is displayed:
Full-text search is not currently licensed for use. Please contact your administrator.
When this occurs, ensure the following steps are completed to use Full-Text Search in Clinician Window:
- Your OnBase environment is licensed and configured for Full-Text Search. For more information, see the Full-Text Search documentation.
- Ensure your OnBase environment has the Full-Text Search privilege. See Search Privileges.
- Enable full-text search functionality in Clinician Window. For more information see, Enabling Full-Text Search.
