Use the date filter to view contents from a specific date range. If your system has a default date range configured, medical records show only the most recent contents by default.

To change the date filter from the filter bar:

  1. Open the patient record.
  2. Click or tap the date drop-down list in the filter bar.
  3. Do one of the following:

    • Select a predefined date range.

    • Select Custom Range to enter your own date range. For information about how custom date ranges work, see Custom Date Range Filters.

    • Select All Time to remove the date filter.
