Telemetry data is usage data that is collected for the purpose of improving Hyland Clinician Window. This data does not include Patient Health Information (PHI) or user information. The following are a few examples of data that can be collected when this option is enabled:

  • The number of times a single document is opened.

  • The number of times the Patient Overview view is accessed after launching a single document.

  • The number of times filtering is applied.

  • The number of times multiple documents are viewed at once.

  • The number of times a document is flagged for correction.

To enable telemetry data collection:

  1. Open the Settings page by doing one of the following:
    • Click the Settings option on the home page.

    • Click the main menu button in the upper-left corner of the Hyland Clinician Window Configuration application and select Settings.

    The Settings page is displayed.

  2. In the Telemetry section, do one of the following:
    • Turn on the Enable usage data collection option to have telemetry data collected.

    • Turn off the Enable usage data collection option to not collect any usage data from your system.

  3. Click Save.

    You can also press Ctrl + S to save your changes.
