If you want to change the Unified Type a Content Type is mapped to, you can remap the Content Type from one Unified Type to another Unified Type. A specific Content Type can be mapped to only one Unified Type at a time.

To remap a Content Type:

  1. In the Hyland Healthcare Configuration Utility, select the Unified Type the Content Type should be mapped to.
  2. Click Filters for All Content Types to display available filters.
  3. Select the Show Mapped Content Types option.
    Note:

If the Unified Type has unsaved Content Type selections, a warning message is displayed. Clicking Continue will reset your unsaved changes.

The All Content Types list is refreshed to include Content Types that are already mapped to other Unified Types.

    Tip:

An exclamation point is displayed next to each Content Type that is already mapped. Rest your pointer over the exclamation point to display the name of the mapped Unified Type.

  4. Select the Content Type you want to remap to this Unified Type.
You are prompted to confirm you want to continue with the selection.
  5. Click Confirm to continue mapping.
  6. Click Save in the lower-right corner of the page.

The Previously Mapped Types dialog box displays each Content Type you have chosen to remap, followed in parentheses by the Unified Type it is currently mapped to.

  7. Click Save.
The Content Types are remapped to the current Unified Type.
