To view a VIP patient, a user must gain Emergency Access to that patient. Only users with Emergency Access privileges can gain Emergency Access to VIP patients.
Once a user has gained Emergency Access to a VIP patient, the user can access all content for the patient for a limited time. For more information, see OnBase Emergency Access.
