Three Autofill Keyword Sets are required to index documents received from Encompass. The first autofill is provided as part of the solution export. The following two autofills must be created by a System Administrator.

Automatically maps document classification from Encompass to an existing OnBase Document Type. All documents obtained from Encompass are initially classified as either an Encompass Assigned Attachment Document Type or an Encompass Unassigned Attachment Document Type. During the document indexing process, the Encompass Title value is used to trigger this autofill keyword set to assign the correct OnBase Document type. Keyword Order Type:

Encompass Loan Number to Core System ID |
Note: This autofill keyword set is not provided as
part of the solution and must be manually created by a system
administrator.
In most cases, the assigned Encompass Loan Number will not be the final loan identifier from the core system. This autofill must be created to allow for mapping of the Encompass Loan Identifier (either the Encompass Loan ID or Encompass Loan Number) to the Core System’s Loan Identifier. This can be configured as a standard Autofill Keyword Set (leveraging a flat file to import data on a periodic basic) or as an external, real-time lookup of data. Add the following Keyword Types in the order as follows, with the first Keyword Type being the primary Keyword Type. Additional keyword types may be added as required for individual indexing needs.

Automatically populates entity/borrower information on documents received from Encompass. A borrower's Social Security Number is extracted for each loan document and used to populate additional metadata about that entity, such as first and last name. Add the following Keyword Types in the order as follows, with the first Keyword Type being the primary Keyword Type: Additional keywords types may be added as required for individual indexing needs.
