Creating the Encompass-Integration User - Hyland Integration for Encompass - 22.1 - 22.1 - Ready - Other - external

The Integration for Encompass requires a user account to authenticate requests from the Encompass workflow and Off-Ramp to the Hyland API Server. This user account is not intended for any other use than this integration and should be assigned a Standard Integration Only (Simultaneous Connections) license type.

1. Log into OnBase Configuration
2. Navigate to Users | User Names & Passwords
3. Enter Encompass-Integration in the textbox and click then click Create.
4. Verify under the Licensing panel that the checkbox for Standard Integration-Only (Simultaneous Connections) is checked.
5. Enter a strong password in the User Password and Verify Password fields.
6. Click Save.
7. Select the Encompass-Integration user from the list of Usernames and click the User Groups button
8. Assigned the user to the Integration for Encompass user group.
9. Click Close.
10. Perform an IISRESET for all configuration changes to take effect.
