The ENC08 – Document Indexing life cycle is used to fully index the documents imported
from Encompass. This life cycle is responsible for assigned any attachments to the
correct document type, expanding all indexing autofill keyword sets, and routing the
documents for manual intervention where necessary.

Log into OnBase Studio.

From the Workflow, select the ENC08 – Document Indexing
life cycle and check out to edit.

Navigate to ENC08 – Document Indexing (Life Cycle) | ENC08 –
Configuration (Queue) | System Work

The Expand Encompass Document Type Mapping Autofill
action should not require edits. This action should be set to trigger the
Encompass Document Type Mapping autofill that was
imported as part of the solution.

Update the Expand Encompass Loan ID to Core Loan ID
action. From the AutoFill Set drop down list, select the correct autofill to
populate the Core systems Loan ID keyword from the Encompass Loan ID or Loan
Number

For the Did Loan ID populate? rule, select from the
Keyword Type drop down list the correct keyword in
your system that represents the Core system Loan ID that should have been
populated by the previous autofill keyword set.

For the Create Note – Missing Loan Identifier action,
update the <<Loan Number>> text within the
Note Contents field to indicate the correct keyword
name used for the Core System Loan Number.

For the Copy Encompass SSN to SSN, select from the
Destination Keyword drop down list the SSN keyword
that is used to populate member/entity information about a borrower. This
keyword value should be the keyword used as the primary value in the
Encompass Entity Metadata autofill set.

For the Expand Encompass Entity Metadata autofill,
select the Encompass Entity Metadata autofill set.

For the Indexing Options from the Unassigned Attachment
(Choose 1) task list, enable the task list which aligns to how you want to index
Unassigned Attachment documents. Both options should be disabled by
default.

All Unassigned Attachment documents will be routed to the
Centralized Indexing queue for manual indexing to an appropriate
document type. |
| As Miscellaneous Document |
Unassigned Attachments will automatically be indexed to
the Encompass Miscellaneous Document
document type. If a Core System Loan ID is not populated, the
document will be routed to the Centralized Indexing queue for
manual indexing. If the Core System loan ID is populated, the
document will be removed from workflow with no further
processing. |
