It is a best practice to review any configuration items that are created after the auto resolution of the items that are to be imported. To perform the review, complete the following steps.
- From the filter options, available in left select <<All Items>> from the left filter options.
- From the Status drop down list, review the configuration items displayed as Blanks or Map items and then perform the necessary actions.
- After you have reviewed the import package, click Run Verification.
- If there are no error messages, click Proceed to Import.
- Click Start Import… to import the solution package.

Click Finish to complete the import.
The following items may be found as Blank or Map import values.
Type Description Disk Groups The solution imports several new document types which have a disk group associated with them. Locate the disk groups and map them to the appropriate disk group in your solution. File Types Several File Types may come during the export. These should be mapped to the corresponding File Type of the same name in your solution. Keyword Types While most of the keywords included within the solution export should be unique to the Integration for Encompass, some keyword types may already exist in your solution (e.g. Document Handle). In the case of Document Handle, this can be mapped to the corresponding system keyword of the same name. Note: The Document Type keyword in this import package is configured as an external data set leveraging a Unity Script. It is recommended this keyword type is always set to Create during the import process.Named Fonts Named Fonts are not used as part of the solution and can be mapped to the corresponding Named Font of the same name in your environment. OCR Format OCR Formats are not used as part of the solution and can be mapped to the corresponding OCR Format of the same name in your environment. Print Format Print Formats are not used as part of the solution and can be mapped to the corresponding Print Format of the same name in your environment. User Groups Some User Groups may already exist in your environment (MANAGER). These can be mapped to the corresponding User Group of the same name. Users Some Users may already exist in your environment (MANAGER). These can be mapped to the corresponding User of the same name.
