Before running any documents through the Encompass workflow, the Encompass Document Type Mapping autofill keyword set must be populated. This autofill is used to map the value stored in the Encompass Title field to an OnBase document type.
For attachments that are assigned in Encompass, the Name is associated with the attachment.
This autofill keyword set can be manually populated using the OnBase Client, or imported via a .csv file. A default import process is included which expects a pipe separated index.txt file.
To manually create an autofill record, complete the following steps.
- Log into the OnBase Client
- Navigate to Admin | Autofill Keyword Sets | Management
- Select the Encompass Document Type Mapping autofill keyword set and then click Add Set.
- Enter the Encompass Title as the document is named in Encompass.
- From the drop down list, select the OnBase Document Type and then click Add.
- Continue entering Encompass Title for all Encompass document names that requires mapping.
