The following assumptions have contributed to the design of the solution:

  • The customer is using OnBase 22.1.22.1000 or later.

  • The customer has installed and configured the Hyland IdP and the API Server, including the Temporary File Service (TFS).

    Note: API Server version 22.1.22.1000 or later is required.

  • The customer is using the Bankers Edition of Encompass.

  • The customer is provisioned for Encompass' Developer Connect and has access to the Encompass APIs.
