This queue is the initiation point for the integration. It should always contain only one copy of the Encompass Polling Form which contains the configuration information needed to request loan data from Encompass. A Workflow timer is configured to execute once a day to initiate the polling request to Encompass.
The timer execution begins by checking a number of potential error conditions in which the system would not want to poll for new loan data. The following are the list of conditions:

The Polling Value field is empty for the Milestones Polling Type on the Encompass Polling Form.

The Next Poll Date field is empty on the Encompass Polling Form.
If one or more of these conditions exist, Encompass Error Reporting Form is created. The Unity Form is then routed to the ENC00 - Error Resolution queue for correction by a system administrator. For more information on the ENC00 - Error Resolution queue, see ENC00 - Error Resolution.
If none of these conditions exist, the Encompass Polling Form is serialized into the Encompass Polling Details Message Item which is then added to the ENC02 - Encompass Polling life cycle. The Encompass Polling Form remains in the ENC00 - Encompass Integration queue and will receive an updated Next Poll Date value from the Encompass polling process.
