The ENC05 - Assigned Attachment Processing life cycle is a message item-based life cycle to continue the processing of assigned attachments. Message items entering this queue should have only a single Encompass document within them, but each document may have one or more assigned attachments associated with it. This life cycle determines if the message item needs an additional split to occur at the assigned attachment level.
