The ENC06 - Retry Processing Assigned Attachments queue is responsible for making a second attempt to retrieve attachment information from Encompass. If a Temp File ID cannot be found within the message item in previous queues, the message item is routed to the ENC06 - Retry Processing Assigned Attachments queue and an attempt is made again to retrieve the file from Encompass.
If the attachment is still unavailable after another attempt at retrieval, the system can be configured in one of two ways:

Remove the message item from Workflow requiring no additional manual intervention.

Route any message items with unavailable attachments to the ENC06 - Error Resolution queue for a system administrator to review.
