The ENC08 - Automated Indexing queue is responsible for assigning the OnBase Document Type to a document based on the Encompass Title Keyword Type and assigning the Account # Keyword Value based on the Encompass Loan Number Keyword Type.
The following actions occur:

If the document is an Encompass assigned attachment, the document is reindexed with the associated account number that correlates with the known Encompass Loan Number Keyword Type. The account number is added as a Keyword Value for the Account # OnBase Keyword Type.

If the associated account number is not successfully populated, a note is appended to the document stating the account number could not be found and the document is transitioned to the ENC08 - Centralized Indexing queue for review.

If the associated account number is populated successfully, the document is assigned an OnBase Document Type based on the Encompass Title Keyword Type. If an OnBase Document Type cannot be mapped based on the Encompass Title Keyword Type, a note is appended to the document stating the Document Type could not be mapped and the document is transitioned to the ENC08 - Centralized Indexing queue for review.

If the document is an Encompass unassigned attachment, one of the following actions occur depending on your configuration:

The document is automatically transitioned to the ENC08 - Centralized Indexing queue for review.

The document is assigned the Encompass Miscellaneous Document OnBase Keyword Type and populated with the associated account number for the Account # OnBase Keyword Type. It is then transitioned to the ENC08 - Indexing Complete queue and archived to OnBase. If the account number is not successfully populated, a note is appended to the document stating the account number could not be found and the document is transitioned to the ENC08 - Centralized Indexing queue for review.
