The ENC08 - Centralized Indexing queue is designated for manual review of documents that encountered errors during the reindexing process in the ENC08 - Automated Indexing queue. The following are reasons documents are transitioned to the ENC08 - Centralized Indexing queue:

The document is an Encompass unassigned attachment and is not assigned an OnBase Document Type or does not contain a populated account number for the Account # OnBase Keyword Type.

The document is an Encompass unassigned attachment assigned with the Encompass Miscellaneous Document Document Type but the account number failed to populate for the Account # OnBase Keyword Type.

The document is an Encompass assigned attachment and the account number failed to populate for the Account # OnBase Keyword Type.

The document is an Encompass assigned attachment and the OnBase Document Type could not be assigned.

Create Document Type Mapping |
Displays the Encompass Document Type Mapping form that allows a user to adjust the Document Type assigned for a specific Encompass Title Keyword Value. Select a Document Type from the Document Type drop-down list to have it assigned to the Encompass Title Keyword Value populated in the Encompass Title field and click Submit. The form is transitioned to the ENC08 - Document Type Mapping queue and the document is corrected, archived to OnBase and removed from the life cycle. |
