The Encompass Polling Form must be configured with values that are used to search and retrieve documents in Encompass either by Loan Status or Milestone.
To configure the Encompass Polling Form:
- In the Unity Client, click Forms from the Home ribbon. The Forms layout is displayed.
- From the Forms pane, expand the Encompass Integration list and select the Encompass Polling Form. The Encompass Polling Form is displayed in the viewer pane.

From the Polling Details section of the form, select one
of the following options as the Encompass Polling
Type:
Option
Description
Loan Status
Uses the current Loan Status value to poll for documents.
Milestones
Uses the Last Completed Milestone Value to poll for documents.

In the Next Poll Date field, enter the date and time to
initiate the next polling action. Do one of the following:
- Click in the Next Poll Date field and select the date and time from the calendar to initiate a polling action.
- Manually enter the date and time to initiate a polling action.
- From the Polling Values section, click Add. A new Polling Value field is displayed.
- Enter a value in the Polling Value field in relation to the selected Encompass Polling Type. These values are used as criteria to finding and retrieving the correct loan documents from Encompass.
- Click Add to enter additional Polling Value fields as needed. Or, click Remove to remove any Polling Value fields that are not required.
- Click Submit. The information on the Encompass Polling Form is submitted to Workflow and the information entered is used to poll for documents from Encompass with the configured values.
