If a document cannot be indexed by workflow, an error note is appended to the document and sent to the ENC08 - Centralized Indexing Workflow queue for review. Documents are sent to this queue for the following errors that occur during indexing:
- The document is an Encompass assigned attachment and the system is unable to populate the Core System Loan Identifier keyword value.
