You can configure a Custom Task to be displayed in Profile | Personal Dashboard of a Worker in the Hyland for Workday Financial Management application.

To add the custom task to the Personal menu under the Actions option on a worker's profile page, configure the profile group.

To modify a Profile Group in Workday Tenant:

  1. Log in to the Workday Tenant.
  2. In the searchbox, search for the Configure Profile Group task.
  3. From the list of results that appear, click the Configure Profile Group task.
    The Configure Profile Group window appears.
  4. In the Profile Group dropdown list, to search for a Profile Group, select Personal for Worker Profile and then, click OK.
    The Configure Profile Group page opens.
  5. Select the Display in Profile checkbox.
  6. Click the Add icon in the first column.
  7. From the Report column, in the Personal menu of the Worker Profile, select the Financial Business Object custom tasks.
  8. Click the Up Arrow and Down Arrow icons in the Order column to select the position of the task in the Personal option.
  9. Click OK.
