Creating User Based Security Group to Access the Workday Configuration App - Hyland for Workday Financial Management - 1.0 - 1.0 - Ready - Other - external

You need to create user-based security groups to provide the users with access to the Workday Configuration App.

1. Log in to the Workday Tenant.
2. Search for Create Security Group task.
3. From the Type of Tenanted Security Group drop-down list, select User-Based Security Group.
4. Provide the Name as HFW-Administrator.
5. In the Edit User-Based Security Group window, for Administered by Security Groups, select HR Administrator and click OK.
6. In the Workday Tenant, search for the Assign Users to User-Based Security Group task.
7. From the User-Based Security Group option, select the group, which you have created, that is, HFW-Administrator, and click OK.
8. In the Asign Users to User-Based Security Group page, for System Users, search for the User-Based Security Group which you have created, which is HFW-Administrator and click OK.
9. Select the relevant user or the set of users in the System Users list and click OK.
10. In the App Manager, select the App that you want to configure, that is, Workday Extend Package for Financial Management and proceed to the creation of Security Domains.
