You need to create a Calculated Field named cf_SupplierName in a Workday Tenant and configure it.

To configure the cf_SupplierName Calculated Field in the Workday Tenant:

  1. Log in to Workday Tenant.
  2. Search for Create Calculated Field task and configure the following:
    Field Name Supplier Name
    Business Object Supplier Invoice Document
    Calculation
      Lookup Related Value
    Lookup Field Supplier
    Related Business Object Supplier
    Return Value Supplier Name
    Additional Info
    Description  
    Category Uncategorized
    Authorized Usage Default Areas
    Intermediate Calculation  
    Do Not Use  
    Advanced
    WQL Alias cf_SupplierName
  3. Click OK.
  4. Click Done and wait for a few minutes for the changes to be reflected in the system.
