Dynamic columns can be configured to get the desired set of columns while viewing documents for a business object, such as Employee. If you want to view a column with a different name, you can also set the alias name for that column.
To configure dynamic columns:

Navigate to the Configure Dynamic Columns tab.
The Configure Dynamic Columns Columns for Employee page is displayed.Note: If the feature is already configured, to reconfigure it, select the Configure again? chckbox.

Under the Select Columns to be Shown table, select the
columns to be shown and provide the alias name, if any, for each column.
The alias names are displayed as the headers of the selected columns while viewing the documents in the grid.
