To use the Hyland IdP Administration client you need to log in to it using valid credentials for the provider configured.
If you are configuring the Hyland IdP server for an OnBase environment, you must use a valid OnBase account to log in. The account must already exist in OnBase before using the Hyland IdP Administration client.
Only credentials that are configured as an Administrative User during the initialization step of the Hyland IdP server installation are able to log in to the Hyland IdP Administration client (see Setting Up the Hyland IdP Server).
The URL of the Hyland IdP Administration client is the domain and application endpoint for the Hyland IdP server with admin appended to it. In a default installation, the Hyland IdP server application is installed to identityprovider, so the Hyland IdP Administration client endpoint is identityprovider/admin.
For example, if the Hyland IdP server is installed to the default location under the my.server domain, the URL of the Hyland IdP Administration client is:
https://my.server/identityprovider/admin
When the Hyland IdP Administration client is successfully loaded, the Hyland IdP Login page is displayed:
Enter your credentials in the fields provided and click Login.
If you are able to log in but the message unable to load the tenant is displayed, and the Hyland IdP Administration client user interface does not load, administration access to the Hyland IdP server has most likely been disabled. See Enabling and Disabling Configuration Access to the Hyland IdP Server.
