In some situations, the login page for Hyland IdP authentication does not load correctly and displays either an empty page or the Welcome to Hyland IdP page.
This issue can occur when the module or application has a tenant configured that is not available on the Hyland IdP server.
Make sure the tenant name configured for the module or application matches the tenant name on the Hyland IdP server. In some cases, the tenant name may also need to match casing in both locations.
