When attempting to log in to a client configured to use the Hyland IdP server for authentication, the Hyland IdP will not start. In some cases, a blank window is displayed.

This behavior may be the result of missing requirements. For example, if the .NET core is uninstalled after installing the Hyland IdP server, the application cannot start. To ensure the environmental requirements of IAM Services are still being met, see Requirements.

In some cases, the Hyland IdP returns the following error: An error occurred while starting the application. This is typically encountered when something is not configured correctly, such as the Public Origin or the operational database connection string. Ensure that the steps in the following sections have been completed correctly:
