After running the Hyland IdP Server Database Migration Utility you may receive a [FAIL] status in the command prompt if the migration was unsuccessful. If this happens, it is possible the idpconfig.json file that was specified in the command is unusable.
Ensure you followed the steps prior to upgrading discussed in Upgrading the Hyland IdP Server.
Ensure you followed the steps prior to running the database migration utility discussed in Migrating Configuration Data Models.
If all steps were followed and you continue to experience an unsuccessful migration, you should revert your Hyland IdP server to the last working version and restore the idpconfig.json configuration file using the backup copy you created before upgrading the Hyland IdP server.
