In some situations, a user can be automatically logged out and the following message is displayed on the Hyland IdP login page: Your account is inactive.
This situation occurs in environments where OnBase is a part of your IAM Services solution. If your OnBase user account is the login for your IAM Services solution, it is possible that the OnBase user account was locked. An OnBase administrator can unlock OnBase user accounts by using the OnBase Configuration module. Contact your OnBase administrator for assistance on unlocking the locked user account.
