The Service Account Client can be created in the following scenarios:

• During the initialization process for new installations. For more information on the initialization process, see Initializing the Hyland IdP Server.
• After migration for existing installation. For more information on migration, see Migrating Configuration Data Models.
  Note: Migration creates only the client ID for the Service Account. For creating a secret for the Service Account Client, see the topics under Generating a Secret for the Service Account Client.

The user is shown the generated client ID either in the command line utility or on the interface, depending on the mechanism used.
