The following configuration changes must be made after the import package is installed:
-
Modify the Set TestEnvironmentID Props action in the
Configuration queue. The following values must be
updated with information specific to your system:
- EpicTapestryEnvironmentID - this property should be set to a Constant value equal to the Environment ID for the Epic environment you are in (for example, a test environment or a production environment).
- EpicTapestryOrganizationID - this property should be set to a Constant value equal to the Organization ID for your Epic solution.
- PropDocLinkEndpointURL - this property should be set to a Constant value equal to the Interconnect URL for your Epic solution. This value will come from your ECSA team.
Note: See your Epic documentation for more information on locating your Epic Environment ID, Organization ID, or Interconnect URL. See the Workflow documentation for more information on updating Workflow objects. -
If your system uses a single OnBase system with
multiple Epic environments (such as one for test and one for production), you
can enable the Find EnvironmentID Props rule and the
Route to Test Environment Queue and Route
to Dev Environment Queue actions. Doing so allows you to set the
Epic environment ID appropriately depending on the scan queue the documents are
coming from.
If you are using this optional rule, you must also create a copy of the Manual Link/Review queue and configure one copy to work with one environment (for example, Test) and the other copy to work for the other environment (for example, Production). See the Workflow documentation for more information on copying Workflow queues.
-
If you are using the default task configuration where the appropriate Epic
context is determined automatically by Document Type and your OnBase system contains multiple Document Type Groups
whose documents all belong to a single Epic Tapestry context, you should assign
all of those Document Type Groups to the appropriate Workflow task.
For example: by default, the Is Document UB Creation? rule only has the Tapestry - UB Document Type Group assigned to it. If your OnBase system also contained another Document Type Group that only contains documents meant for the UB Creation context, you could add that Document Type Group to the Is Document UB Creation? rule. See the Workflow documentation for more information on modifying Workflow rules.
- Assign the appropriate User Groups to each Workflow configuration item. For example, you will probably want to assign administrator or manager users to the Exceptions queue. See the Workflow documentation for more information on assigning User Groups to Workflow configuration objects.
