Select this task to link the open document to Epic Tapestry's Create CRM Request context which creates a Customer Service Request in Epic.
If an error occurs that you are unable to resolve, you may need to click the Send to Exception queue task for an adminstrator to resolve the error. You will be prompted to add a Note to the document that describes your reason for sending the document to the Exceptions queue
After a document has been linked to Epic, it is sent to the Exit Workflow queue where it is held for 7 days.
