The tenant information configured for the Microsoft 365 Hyland Outlook Office Add-In is used so that the Add-In can communicate with the Hyland IdP server tenant.

To edit tenant information in the Microsoft 365 Hyland Outlook Office Add-In:

  1. Access the Administration Configuration page by opening a web browser and navigating to https://[domainName]/[installDirectory]/admin where [domainName] is the name of the domain and [installDirectory] is the location where the Microsoft 365 Hyland Outlook Office Add-In is installed.
    The Administration Configuration page is displayed.
  2. Select the Tenant tab.
  3. In the Client ID field, enter the Microsoft® Azure Client ID associated with the Microsoft 365 Hyland Outlook Office Add-In registration.
  4. In the Client Secret field, enter the Microsoft® Azure Secret Value associated with the Microsoft 365 Hyland Outlook Office Add-In registration.
  5. In the Temporary File Location field, enter the file directory where you would like temporary files saved.
    If the Temporary File Location is left blank, the default .net temp file storage path is used.
  6. In the Metadata Content Abstraction Service Location field, enter the location of the Metadata and Content Abstraction (MCA) service.

  7. By default, the Tenant Disabled setting is set to the Off position. To disable the current tenant, toggle Tenant Disabled to the On position.
    When the Tenant Disabled setting is on, all functionality of the Microsoft 365 Hyland Outlook Office Add-In is disabled for the current tenant except for access to the Administration Configuration page.
  8. Under Tenant Administrator User Groups, add or remove user groups for users with administrative rights.
    • To add a user group, in the Tenant Administrator User Groups field, enter a name for the user group and press Enter.
    • To remove a user group, click the trash can icon next to the name of the user group.
      Note: You cannot remove the user group that you belong to and are using to access the Administration Configuration page.
  9. Click Save Tenant Info.
The tenant info is saved and used for users accessing and using the Microsoft 365 Hyland Outlook Office Add-In.
