The Microsoft 365 Hyland Outlook Office Add-In installer is used to install the components necessary to later deploy the add-in. The installer must be run as an administrator.
To install the Microsoft 365 Hyland Outlook Office Add-In using the installer:
- Download the installation files from Hyland Community.
- Locate the installation file folder.

Open the Hyland.Outlook.Addin.Setup.exe file.
The Hyland Outlook Addin Integration Setup window is displayed.

Click Install.
The first page of the Microsoft 365 Outlook Office Add-in Setup wizard is displayed.

Click Next.
The IIS Settings page is displayed.
- From the Web Site field, select the site under which the Microsoft 365 Hyland Outlook Office Add-In should be installed in IIS.
- In the Application Name field, enter a name for the application.
- In the Application Pool field, enter the name for the application pool that will be used to run the Microsoft 365 Hyland Outlook Office Add-In.
- Select Require SSL to run the Microsoft 365 Hyland Outlook Office Add-In with an HTTPS connection. If this option is selected, you must ensure that your server is correctly configured for HTTPS connections. If this option is deselected, then an insecure network connection is used.

Click Next.
The Destination Folder page is displayed.

If desired, select a new installation location by doing one of the
following:
- Enter a new installation location for the Microsoft 365 Hyland Outlook Office Add-In in the text field.
- Click Change and navigate to the desired folder location.

Click Next.
The Ready to install Microsoft 365 Hyland Office Add-in page is displayed.

Click Install.
Once the Microsoft 365 Hyland Outlook Office Add-In is installed, the completion page is displayed.

Click Finish.
The installation wizard is closed, and the Hyland Outlook Addin Integration Setup window is displayed.
- Click Close.
