Having periodic backed up copies of your invoice mapping file saved in a suitable location keeps it safe in case of a system failure. You may also choose to restore your previously backed up mapping information following a connector upgrade. In such scenarios, you can replace your existing InvoiceMapping.xml file with the one you backed up.

To back up the invoice mapping file, complete the following steps.

  1. Navigate to the location, [drive:]\<PerceptiveContentInstallationDir>\APApproval.
  2. Search for the following file: InvoiceMapping.xml.
  3. Copy the file and paste it to a suitable location for future use.
    Note: If you choose to replace your existing InvoiceMapping.xml file with the one you backed up, you must restart and refresh your approval connector bundles by selecting Refresh Package Imports that corresponds to the connector bundle name row in the Bundles page of Perceptive Connect Runtime Web Console.
