If you choose to migrate the AP Invoice Approval Connector to a new server, to retain your AP Invoice Approval history data, you must replace your newly created database file with the one you backed up. To do so, complete the following steps.

  1. In a browser, type the Perceptive Connect Runtime Web Console address in the format http://<PerceptiveConnectRuntimeHostname>:<port>.
    Note: If prompted for user name and password, enter the log-in credentials. The default user name and password are set as admin.
  2. Verify that Perceptive Connect Runtime home page appears.
  3. In the Perceptive Connect Runtime home page, under Troubleshoot, select List OSGi Components.
  4. In the OSGi Components page, under the Name column, search for the component names, AP Approval Connector and APApprovalCommentSynch.
  5. Select Disable that corresponds to the component name row. You must disable both the components one by one. To refresh the page, select Reload.
  6. Navigate to the location where you kept your database files: ApprovalHistoryH2DB.trace.db and ApprovalHistoryH2DB.h2.db.
  7. Copy the files and paste them to the new server location, [drive:]\<PerceptiveConnectRuntimeInstallDir>\APApproval, replacing the new database files which are created when the connector is installed.
  8. In Perceptive Connect Runtime home page, under Troubleshoot, select List OSGi Components.
  9. In the OSGi Components page, under the Name column, search for the component names, AP Approval Connector and APApprovalCommentSynch.
  10. Select Enable that corresponds to the component name row. You must enable both the components one by one. To refresh the page, select Reload.
