In GL Lines on the mobile device, you can find errors and warnings associated with a field, line, or the entire grid. The following indicators help you identify whether the GL Lines have errors and warnings.
- Error and warning messages specific to your grid appear below the title bar.
- Error and warning messages specific to a GL Line appear within the card that
contains the GL Line information.Note: A red bar at the left of a GL Line card denotes errors in one or more fields or on the GL Line. A yellow bar denotes warnings in one or more fields or on the GL Line.
- Error and warning messages specific to a field appear below each field when you
navigate to the line details screen. To navigate to the line details screen on your
mobile device, tap the GL Line card.Note: A field that has errors appears within a red outline whereas a field that has warnings appears within a yellow outline. If a field has both errors and warnings, the field appears within a red outline.
An error message starts with an error icon and a warning message starts with a warning icon.
