In the GL lines grid, you can edit invoice line item data. To enable edit mode in GL lines grid, complete the following step.

  1. To view invoices awaiting your review, in the invoice approval page, click Pending.
    All pending invoices appear.
  2. Select an invoice to display Edit .
  3. On the toolbar, click Edit. The GL lines grid becomes editable. To cancel the action and revert to the non-editable mode, click .
