In the GL lines grid, you can hide visible columns and display hidden columns. The visibility settings are stored for each user locally in your browser. These settings are retained across multiple user sessions. To show or hide a column, complete the following steps.

  1. Log in to your app and navigate to the GL Lines grid.
  2. On the toolbar, click Show Columns.
  3. In the Show Columns pop-up window, complete either of the following steps.
    1. To show a hidden column, select the check box for the column.
    2. To hide a visible column, clear the check box for the column.
    Note: Mandatory columns are unavailable for selection and cannot be hidden.
    You can show all available columns by selecting the Show Columns check box and hide all available columns by clearing the Show Columns check box.
