The AP Invoice Approval App must be configured to communicate with the AP Invoice Approval Connector before the connector is installed.

Note: You must have administrative privileges to perform the procedure.

To set up the app to communicate with the connector, complete the following steps.

  1. Browse to the \webapps\apapproval\packages\les-rdk-ap-invoiceapproval\src\config subdirectory of your Apache Tomcat program directory.
  2. Open the config.json file in edit mode.
  3. Under the dataProvider configuration property, change the demoMode value to false.
  4. Under pcr, edit the approvalEndpointURL value to replace pcr_machine_name and pcr_port with fully qualified machine name and port number of the target machine where Perceptive Connect Runtime is installed and running.
    Note: Do not replace pcr_machine_name with localhost or 127.0.0.1.
  5. Save the file.
    Note: If you modify the configuration information, make sure to reopen Perceptive Experience.
