The InvoiceMapping.xml file contains several configurable elements that an administrator can define.
The InvoiceMapping.xml configuration file contains several header elements and associated line item elements. Combinations of these elements define various invoice properties and related information. The administrator can customize default element values or add new elements, as per requirements.
The default location for the InvoiceMapping.xml configuration file is inside the InvoiceMapping subdirectory in your local directory where you downloaded the supporting files. Before working on it, you must copy and paste the InvoiceMapping.xml file to [drive:]\<PerceptiveConnectRuntimeInstallDir>\APApproval.

To implement the changes, after updating the XML file, you must restart and refresh your approval connector bundles by selecting “Refresh Package Imports” that corresponds to the connector bundle name row in the “Bundles” page of Perceptive Connect Runtime Web Console.
