To open Perceptive Connect Runtime Web Console before uploading the connector bundle, complete the following steps.

  1. In a browser, type the Perceptive Connect Runtime Web Console address in the format http://<PerceptiveConnectRuntimeHostname>:<port>.
    Note: If prompted for user name and password, enter the log-in credentials. The default user name and password are set as admin.
  2. Verify that the Perceptive Connect Runtime home page appears.
  3. Optional. You need to perform the following substeps only if you have an existing connector installed earlier.
    1. In the Perceptive Connect Runtime home page, under Troubleshoot, select List OSGi Bundles.
    2. In the OSGi Bundles page, under the Name column, search for the existing bundle using the connector name, such as APApprovalConnector.
    3. Select Uninstall that corresponds to the connector name row. To refresh the page, select Refresh Packages.
    4. In the left pane, under Manage, select Configure.
    5. In the Configuration page, under the Name column, under AP Approval Connector, search for the existing connector configuration entry using the connector configuration name, such as Approval Connector Configuration.
    6. Select Delete that corresponds to the connector configuration name row.
      Note: When you install the connector, the connector installs with default configuration values. After customizing the configuration values, if you delete the existing connector configuration entry, you must reconfigure these values in the newly installed connector to get a similar configuration setting.
    7. To navigate back to Perceptive Connect Runtime home page, select Perceptive Experience, and then, select Perceptive Connect Runtime.
  4. Upload the connector ZIP file to Perceptive Connect.
