AP Invoice Approval supports the following modes to view different invoice data in desktop devices.

Note: The app supports only a basic List View mode in mobile devices.
  • Grid View. This view presents a tabular view of invoice data. The capability to approve or reject multiple pending invoices at once is available.
  • List View. This view displays a list of scrollable items. Each row represents an invoice and related data.
  • Card View. This view contains related data such as a thumbnail image, text, and the amount for a single invoice.
