To view invoice related information in the AP Invoice Approval App, complete the following steps.
- To view Invoice Details, in the invoice approval page, select an invoice, and select
Details. Related invoice details appear.Note: On tablets, to display Details, in the invoice approval page, select an invoice and then select Toggle Properties.
- To view Document Details, in the invoice approval page, select an invoice, and
select Document. Related image preview details appear. To
view an enlarged size, select the image preview.Note: On tablets, to display Document, in the invoice approval page, select an invoice and then select Toggle Properties.
- To view Action History, in the invoice approval page, select an invoice, and select
History. Related historical details appear.Note: On tablets, to display History, in the invoice approval page, select an invoice and then select Toggle Properties.
