External OSM plugins allow Perceptive Content administrators to configure their storage backend. The OSM framework allows easy access to various storage backends through an extensible model. Perceptive Content communicates with the underlying storage system through a dynamic linked library (DLL) plugin. These devices typically have their own endpoint and disaster recovery solutions.
